This guide explains how to add different sessions to the Program, Tournament, or League registration form.

Goto Your Admin dashboard > Registration Management (Side Menu will expand) > Programs
- Search for the program you would like to edit and press the blue Pencil button which says Session setup.
- Once you are in you'll notice 4 tabs at the very top.
- If you are creating registration for Parents to sign up their children to programs, use the Player Session Tab. If you are creating registration for a Coach or Team Manager to sign up their team for a League or Tournament, use the Team Sessions Tab.
Player Sessions
- Click on the Tab that says Players Sessions and then the green button at the top right that says Create New Player Sessions.
- A Pop up will appear to create a new session. This pop up is divided into 4 sections:
- General Information: This is basic information like whether the session is open/closed, The name of the session, Age group/Gender. It will ask if you plan on running the session multiple times a year., if this is checked you will be asked to check of Winter, Spring, Fall, or Summer. If you select these, it will create sessions for those seasons automatically.
- Registration Cost: The amount you are charging for the session
- Event Dates: The dates in which the session will occur
- Additional Options: Additional options like do you want to allow the user to sign up once registration is full.
Team Sessions
- Click on the Tab that says Players Sessions and then the green button at the top right that says Create New Player Sessions.
