How do I activate the waiting list for a specific session to allow registrations to continue to come in?

In this guide, we go through how to all registrations to continue after the cap is reached in order to populate a waiting list.

 

1. Go to Your Admin dashboard > Registration Management (Side Menu will expand) > Programs

       

2. Find the program you would like to edit and click the edit button

3. Go to the Player or Team Sessions Tab to view all the available sessions

4. Find the session you would like to edit and click on the Edit icon

 

5, When the Pop up window appears make sure you do the following

• At the top make sure that the Session is still open
• Scroll to the bottom and click "Turn on Waiting List for this Session"

6. When users go to register now, they will see that the Register Now button is an Apply for Waiting List Button:
