Sometimes email falls through the cracks and doesn't make it to your inbox. We do not have the resources to troubleshoot each individual mail problem, but we can give you give you general guidelines to help.
At this time, there are no bugs related to our system sending mail. Our system utilizes a third party mailing system guarantees a high success rate of e-mails being delivered.
Emails from our system
All emails from our system will have the From header with one of the following email addresses:
- noreply@arc.link
- support@arc.link
You might consider adding these domains to your address book and/or asking your network administrator to whitelist them.
Check SPAM Locally and on the Network
Emails from Athelink can get caught in SPAM filters. Check the SPAM folder in your email inbox to see if it's there. If it's not in your local SPAM folder, ask your network administrator if the message might be blocked at the network level. Our support team can provide more information on what IP addresses to whitelist.
